USA-Nepal Community Outreach Network (UNCON) and Sreejana Development Center (SDC) have signed an agreement to work together on a Women Empowerment Project in Nepal. Under this agreement UNCON is providing financial support to SDC to conduct vocational training programs for women of the poor and deprived rural community of Gorkha, Lamjung, Tanahun and Kaski Districts of NEPAL. More information will be posted once completion of training program by SDC.

General Secretary of UNCON Mr. Batuk Bista and SDC General Secretary & UNCON’s Nepal based Representative Mr. Rajendra Giri signed the MOU on 04/10/2015.

UNCON is in the process of working with some other partner NGOs in Nepal as well.
